Rent a room in exchange for babysitting

So, I may be getting a divorce and may have an extra room in our house that I thought I could rent out to a college student or someone in exchange for babysitting services or something like that. Just brainstorming, honestly. Is that a thing? And where could I even look for someone who is decent and responsible? I would appreciate any advice! Thank you!
