Restaurants for vegetarian and meat eater

I’m a vegetarian, my boyfriend is not. I want to see if there are any recs for places that have actually good vegetarian options for me, but also things he’ll like when we go out to eat together. As expected, usually he doesn’t run into problems, but I get stuck with less appetizing options a lot of the time. Usually we lean into Asian/south Asian cuisine (would love a good rec for somewhere to get vegetarian Bao btw lol) since that’s often a good bet for good food for us both.
