Former Houston Rockets star Steve Francis’ mansion for sale (photos)
Houston home buyers have a chance to purchase the former home of one-time Houston Rockets star Steve Francis.
Francis put his 10,780-square-foot, two-story mansion on the market on July 3, with an asking price of $4.7 million. That’s about $300,000 more than the property’s appraised value as of Jan. 1, according to Harris County Appraisal District records. Christy Huckaby of Nan and Company Properties Christie’s International Real Estate is handling the listing for Francis.
