Mayor Sylvester Turner enacts Houston Children’s Outdoor Bill of Rights
On April 18, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner signed a proclamation recognizing the Houston Children’s Outdoor Bill of Rights, making time spent in nature a basic right for all children in the city.
