How do you pronounce "Chenevert"?

Stupid question, because I'm a lifelong Houstonian. But we just moved into a townhome in Midtown. Is it /cheh-nuh-vert/, /sheh-nuh-vert/, /sheh-nuh-vehr/ (which is probably what it would be in French), or something else?
