Roofing repair for seniors?

I know a 70 y/o woman on a fixed income, looking for assistance with deteriorating roof. She lives in south east Houston. I reached out to Baker Ripley, haven’t heard back just yet. Is there any social services type groups she can look into that can help with this specifically?
