Are there water fountains / water bottle refill stations at MMP?

I went to the game with my toddler recently. While they let me bring in his sippy cup with water in, I couldn’t find water at any of the soda fountains. An employee working the concessions said they didn’t dispense water and my only option was to buy a water bottle.

Is this correct? Is there really no places to refill a child’s water bottle other than a bathroom sink?
