I tried doing online quotes and I've tried calling but there are so many questions to go through for each one that are not all necessary or as detailed as they ask just to find out if I want to give them those details. Since I am considering doing this as a gift, I certainly have budgetary constraints. Sites that claim to compare for you seem to be scams.

I've already tried with 4 companies and it's rather frustrating. Can anyone recommend a good company to get a quote from so that I'm not just wasting my time on the bogus or sketchy, or pricey companies? The potential recipient of this will likely have his life significantly improved with this. Thanks.
