Where to stay around nrg stadium

Coming for ncaa final 4. Looking for best area around the nrg stadium area to stay. Not looking for a hotel recommendation but an area that might be walking distance to some restaurants/bars. Not really a drinker but enjoy going out. I’ll delete this in a day or so. Appreciate anyone that gives legit advice.
