where to get the polio vaccine as an adult?

My mom is going through immigration process and they are requiring her to get the polio vaccine. She went to Walgreen, cvs, walmart, the public health department and her primary care doctor but no one has it. Do you guys know of a place/clinic where she can get the polio vaccine? Preferably near Katy.
