Time to lock in long-term electricity plan?

I'm seeing some decent rates for 2-3yr term electric plans and I wanted to see what others thought, continue to wait for them to go lower (at least, prior to summer) or bite the bullet at the current rates?

Any insight is appreciated, y'all!
