Does anyone know the deal with the three horses on the corner of of Pagewood/Jeanetta (A block south of Richmond in the Westchase/Mid-West area)? The lot is fenced off and doesn’t have much aside from grass and some construction debris. I run by it occasionally and have asked a few neighbors but no one seems to know the backstory. A few months back when it was freezing someone put jackets on the horses so they are definitely being tended to in some capacity.
