Guy tried to break into my apartment by checking locks. We live in Katy, TX. Please stay aware. Do you think we should report to police or is the guy looking confused? Also does anyone recognize? Thanks

Hi. I live in Katy, TX in an apartment complex and was out of town this past week and on Thursday while I was gone this guy tried to get in to our apartment at 7:09 pm. Does this look like something I should report to the police or is the guy confused? The apartment admin told us it was something to report just to be safe and we still need to speak to our neighbors and see if they saw this man too (we tried to speak to them today but they weren’t home). We can’t tell if he was trying to check our locks or what. Please advise if you recognize and please stay aware especially if you live in an apartment as well. Thanks
