Looking to get affordable medical tests but I’m uninsured. Any guidance?

I've had left-body hemiparesis (constant fatigue and mild pain in just my left body) for a year that I'm finally going to figure out the cause of

I went to IBN Sina clinic and got basic checkups like blood analysis, urine analysis. Everything was normal and the Doc said most likely it's long covid. Because she's seen this trend with young adults with no underlying issues developing mysterious symptoms. But it's not confirmed if it's covid. Could be something else, more minor or worse. I guess my questions are:

  1. Where can I get a complete vitamin deficiency panel? Even just Vitamin D and B12 would be useful. I've heard of labs where you get the test and interpret it yourself. Are those legit?
  2. An affordable neurologist in case I need to get a CT/MRI scan? Ibn SINA are very limited in their services

Thanks!
