Rodeo Parking question for tomorrow (friday)

Howdy guys,

I haven't been to the rodeo before, and I tried asking on the megathread, but no response.

So basically, how early would I have to go to find parking anywhere close (green, blue or orange lot)?

I was hoping to reach there around 5 pm.
