What is the worst airport in the country and why is it George Bush IAH?

Constant gridlock leaving the airport, never ending construction, difficult to impossible to find a garage parking spot, antiquated parking garage ticket machines that always mess up, and my personal favorite, an airport on the coast in a tropical-ish climate that completely shuts down when it even looks like it might rain. Did I leave anything out?

Currently stuck in Louisiana due to a 70 minute “weather ground stop” at IAH and I can see it is partly cloudy with a 0% chance of rain at IAH.

I’m relatively new to Houston… Has it always been this way? Is it just me? I fly weekly and can just about always count on losing time to one or multiple of the above every. Single. Trip.
