Restaurants with private dining/space at a reasonable price?

Hey y’all! I’m trying to plan my birthday party and am having the hardest time finding a restaurant with a private space for 25 people.

Every place I’ve called is charging upwards of $4k for the space and food and bev minimum. It used to be easier to do this in Houston, I swear!

Thought I’d ask here in case anyone has a suggestion I haven’t thought of yet!
