It’s official: Hobby Airport to part ways with Pappas restaurants, add new concepts

After a 20-year run, Pappas restaurants will depart William P. Hobby Airport, making way for a new group of concepts. The transition will begin later this year, and all 10 concepts under the new contract are expected to be open by November 2024.
