Nurses of houston, what is the average hourly salary here?

I'm planning to move to Houston in October, currently in a 1-year residency program that ends in July. my current rate as a nurse resident is $38.45 +differentials, what is it like in Houston? was wondering what I should put for the "expected salary "slot when I apply for jobs in July.
