Retirement Communities

I am in Houston with my grandmother. We have agreed that it is time for her to move to a retirement community, she still has her mind but she needs help taking care of details (cleaning, remembering bill pay, and socializing)

We have a tour at a place called Buckingham on Monday, But I wanted to see if there were any recommendations (or places to avoid) from locals!
