Houston to receive Ohio’s wastewater from chemical disaster

I just saw on channel 11 news that a Houston company, Texas Molecular, will be receiving the wastewater from the train derailment in Ohio that was carrying Vinyl Chloride. How do my fellow Houstonians feel about that, knowing that flooding and hurricanes are a yearly occurrence here? Lina Hilalgo says she’ll be keeping an eye on it, but I don’t think that it should be our problem to deal with at all.
