YSK Convicted felons may be eligible to vote in Texas

If a person is convicted of a felony, but is now "off paper," meaning time has been served and they are no longer on parole/probation, they can register to vote.

I saw a post on BPT that stated otherwise (but I can't post on that subreddit), so I wanted to remind everyone that eligibility varies by state.
