Independent Pet Partners plans to sell Natural Pawz stores back to founders

An entity affiliated with the former owner of Natural Pawz has offered to buy two dozen Texas pet-supply stores that were slated to close as part of Independent Pet Partners Holdings’ bankruptcy.
