Looking for local hot sauce recommendations.

Pretty self-explanatory. I found this stuff at Heights Morning Market a while back and it looks like Whole Foods is carrying it now. Looking for something that's "good on everything" if ya know what I mean.

Checked the sidebar, but there are no threads about Houston hot sauce makers.
