Recommendations for stir fry noodle recipes similar to Hu’s Cooking or Mama’s Kitchen.
Basically the title. If you casually google “Chinese” or “Szechuan” stir fry noodle recipes, you either get recipes that are sweet+gingery or spicy noodles. Both of those are great, but sometimes I just want some greasy, umami noodles like what you get at Hu’s and other places. I would welcome your recipe suggestions or general tips. Thanks for any help.
