Trying to find the owners from the best noodle house ever.
There was a really great noodle house I used to eat when I was younger but I can’t remember the name because it’s been close to 20 years (I’m 24). It was on the corner of Westerland Dr and Richmond Avenue in the Westheimer area. That place is no longer there but I still want to contact them so hopefully this is a start. They couldn’t afford their place anymore so I’ve heard and we’re forced to close down. I’m not sure if it was Chinese establishment or other because the noodles were definitely not Chinese regular noodles; nor Vietnamese or Korean etc. it might’ve been Cambodian or something. All I just remember is seeing red curtains and red ornament dragons hanging on the ceiling. Always served a BIG plate of noodles for cheap and always being treated great by this chef/owner. I do remember him talking about his time in concentration camps from his earlier days. I’m putting that information out there just in case anyone recognizes him because he is very social. Please I have been trying to find these noodles everywhere. If anyone knows what I’m talking about please help me lol. I will pay anything to taste it again.
