Is 1hr enough to transfer in IAH?

I looked at airport faq link on sidebar but it just shows deleted post. So i decided to ask. Im arriving at terminal B and my outgoing flight is from terminal C. Arriving as domestic flight, since preclearence at YYZ. I see on the map there skytrain within security zone, but doesnt say how frequent it is.
