Experience negotiating private ER medical bill?

Unfortunately I had to visit Life Savers Emergency Room last year and ended up with a large bill after insurance coverage. I wish I would’ve known about the predatory system but I’m still learning. Does anyone have any experience negotiating their bill for a more ‘reasonable’ price? Specifically with private ERs. I know they do payment plans but hoping it’s possible to pay less than what I currently owe.

I wish I would’ve gone to Memorial instead. Where they actually offer financial help. TIA!
