DeMeco or Sean?

I was leaning more towards Sean Payton because of his proven resume, BUT after hearing JJ Watts endorsement and past players, colleagues that have worked with DeMeco, I'm split.

Sean would be great for possibly the next 3-5 years, however DeMeco being younger and possibly more eager, he could be a long term coach (10+ years) like Mike Tomlin.
