Northside village??

Hey y’all… I’m moving to htx from a small city in north texas. I’m trying to get oriented w the inner loop for apartment hunting… is northside village safe? Why are all the content maps of it blank? :/ I found a place I like just north of downtown /I-10 but it’s technically in northside village, so I’m wondering about the surrounding area/safety.
