Are we seriously OK giving up a 1st for Payton?

I don't understand the enthusiasm around giving up a 1st for a head coach.

The Texans have so many issues and we need to infuse young talent all over the roster.

Sean Payton had great success in New Orleans with a HOF QB, but he's not a sure thing. No coach is. Why would we unnecessarily give up the 12th overall pick when we could hire a promising young coach and NOT give up a top 12 pick?

The NFL is littered with young head coach success stories right now. Let's hire Demeco, Gannon or Ben Johnson and keep our 2 firsts
