Howdy folks, looking for a decent but affordable Tax Accountant type for help starting a business

I'm looking for an all-in-one situation. Help me file the necessary paperwork etc, along with pertinent and relevant advice regarding my business plan.

Basically I want to take my business plan and put it on paper. This way I am insured and legitimate when dealing with clients.
