I don’t want to draft CJ Stroud because David Mulugheta is his agent

CJ isn’t a slam dunk prospect and is propped up by Marvin Harrison Jr. (he’d probably be the number 1 pick this year by the Bears). If CJ was a prospect on the level of Andrew Luck/Lawrence, I wouldn’t be saying this, but CJ isn’t that level of a prospect.

The same agent that screwed over the Texans and also did the same thing with Ramsey and the Jaguars is CJ’s agent. I’m not drafting a player only for them to screw us over come year 4 with a trade demand essentially making them a useless draft pick if they do ball out.

We either draft Carter/Anderson, Young, or someone else with the second overall pick. Drafting Stroud is just out of the question. I’m just not going to go down that road where if we aren’t a consistent playoff threat, Mulugheta forces us to trade Stroud.
