People really are mad at Lovie and Davis Mills for fighting for their jobs?

No coach/player is ever trying to lose, I don’t care what you do in your madden franchise mode. These guys are fighting for their jobs and did a hell of a job today. In the grand scheme of things the 1st pick vs the 2nd is inconsequential, this is not the NBA. Lovie has had a young low talent team playing some very good football in the second half of the season. I think he should get one more year to win 8+ games.

Also, the way our fans have convinced themselves that Stroud or Bryce are the missing pieces we need to win is crazy. They would not be top 5 picks in any other qb class. In my opinion, we have so many holes that we need to take the best player available which probably isn’t one of these QBs. Maye, Williams, and McCall next year are all prospects I would put above these so I’m not worried if we don’t spend a high pick on one this time around.
