Covid-19 does little to slow rate of development in Montrose
The Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic may have put a damper on the city’s annual Pride celebration’s this year. But the virus has done little to slow the rate of development in Montrose, the area of Houston long at the heart of the city’s LGBTQ community.
