Do we think the palm trees are gonna bounce back again? Or was this past hard freeze the last straw?

I think basically every Mexican fan palm in the Houston metro has fallen victim to the freeze. We had a similar situation in Feb of 21, and they seemed to bounce back pretty well south of i10. How do we feel about this year?
