Flight Questions : Going to PR Dec 23rd @ 5:29 AM : How bad do you think the airport will be?

Normally I'm a "get-to-the-airport-about three-hours-ahead-of-flight" kind of person for international flights. But this is Christmas. 3 hours before my flight means I need to get there at 2:29 AM, which means I should get an Uber/Lyft about 1:45 am. I am flying out of IAH.

Should I leave earlier due to Christmas?
