San Antonio Food Bank leader stays humble in fight against hunger

In 1993, a young entrepreneur named Eric Cooper found his father homeless and living on the street. That personal connection made him realize that his calling was to serve others, and ever since, he’s been fighting hunger as the president and CEO of the San Antonio Food Bank.

An added bonus is he gets to wear a T-shirt to work daily, he jokingly told the Business Journal while being interviewed for the latest installment of Texas Business Minds.
