How did palms do after the 2018 freeze?

It seems like the odds are pretty good that at least some of the Houston metro area will be plunging below 20, and that there is a possibility for lows of about 18-19. I am fairly new to the area, and saw that there was a similar freeze in 2018. How did the palms fair then, and what can we expect if it drops down below 20?
