Developer plans to repurpose Sugar Land’s Imperial Sugar property into walkable, mixed-use district

Houston-based Puma Development is working on plans to turn the 40-acre Imperial Sugar refinery site in Sugar Land into a walkable development with retail, offices, apartments and entertainment.
