Coaching matters WAY more than what QB we draft.

Baker Mayfield is a good QB that’s been hampered by bad coaching his whole career, he’s been called a scrub and a bust.

He’s been on 2 teams with historically bad coaching during his time with them and been completely written off.

Now I don’t think if we picked him up on waivers he’d look like he did tonight with the Rams but I’m saying that it’s no coincidence that a talented QB that has a competent play caller is way more likely to succeed than an elite talent with an absolute imbecile calling plays.

So with all this QB talk the last couple days I am here to say it makes NO difference who get under center until we get an offensive play caller that knows what they are doing.

Bryce Young, Caleb Williams, Will Levis it all means nothing with Pep (or someone of the like) calling plays.
