Insperity expands board with former UH biz school dean, Midwest insurance exec

Kingwood-based Insperity Inc. (NYSE: NSP) grew the size of its board from eight to 10 directors with some new appointments.

On Dec. 2, Insperity appointed Latha Ramchand and John Lumelleau as new independent directors, according to a press release. Ramchand will serve as a Class I director, with an initial term expiring at the company’s annual stockholder meeting in 2020.
