Sandwich Shop

Since it is so unseasonably hot outside I am finding myself craving a good sandwich- does anyone have a favorite place? Inside the loop (preferably Museum/West U/ Montrose/Midtown) but if there is a phenomenal place further out, I’d like to know about it so I can check it out when I have more time. I swear it seems like all the small deli’s/sandwich shops have disappeared (guess all the carb animus of the past decade have made them less popular) TIA
