Is it worth picking up Baker?

Yes we are tanking and we are likely to end up 1st overall regardless.

I understand the argument for not picking him up. It gives Mills more reps and hopefully improves him to be a half decent back up option next year.

But, like it or not, Baker is a hell of a lot better than Mills and Allen and our receivers are never going to improve while they have someone like Mills/Allen tossing balls over their heads or at their feet.
