Would anyone be interested in starting a cookbook club?

I've recently learned about "cookbook clubs" and I'd love to start one. However I don't have many friends in Houston and thought this would be a good opportunity to find some folks to share good recipes and food with.

They suggest 6 – 10 people. I thought I'd shout into the aether and see what comes back.
