Family Friendly Gun Range in Houston for Tourist Newbies?

Hi there, I'm visiting Houston for a few days early next year with my wife and two teenage daughters. We're Australian.

Can anyone recommend a friendly, sensible, not too gung-ho range where we could dip our toes in the hand gun shooting waters?

Probably goes without saying, we're not licenced, don't intend to get licenced and just want a brief, safe and fun experience. We'll be staying out near the NRG stadium.
