Homestead exemption

Hello Houston,

I recently bought a house with the help from my brother because he makes a lot more. I applied homestead exemption and received a letter that I have been granted only 50%.

My brother is only a co-borrower and he lives with his wife in another county.

I have never own a house and my first time doing this.

How should I protest? Thanks
