Don’t overthink it. Draft Bryce Young.

I’ve gone back and forth thinking of it but realistically, Nick Caserio can not afford to wait until 2024 for Caleb Williams when it’s not even a guarantee you’ll have the #1 overall pick again. Bryce Young has everything but size. Fearless in the face of pressure, a magician in the pocket, playmaking outside of it. He throws very well to the middle of the field despite his height. He’s also an incredible leader. He’s exactly the type of person you want as a face of the franchise. Tough, fun to watch, Likeable, marketable….I mean he’s in all those Dr Pepper and Heisman House commercials already. Caleb Williams is great and in a perfect world, hell yeah i would want him on my team, but Bryce Young is in front of you now. When we had Watson, did we cry that he wasn’t Mahomes? No. Because he won and he was very good himself. If Bryce comes in and turns the team around, who cares if Williams is a phenom somewhere else? We have 6 picks in the top 100 and are gonna have some cap space to get depth and fill holes in FA. This team has a chance to not completely suck next year. A good draft could change everything, and Caserio has shown he can draft.
