The result of Pep Hamilton’s coaching on a QB the 2nd year.
Pep Hamilton has worked with Chad Pennington, Quincy Carter+, Brooks Bollinger+, Alex Smith+, Brian Griese+, Rex Grossman, Kyle Orton, Jay Cutler+, Justin Herbert+, Andrew Luck and now Davis Mills.
However, the “pro-Pep” narrative only seems to talk about Justin Herbert and Andrew Luck. If we look into the past and simply look at the data we can see that Pep seems to actually make these quarterbacks worse their 2nd year.

Rex Grossman: 66.4 QB rating to 59.7
Andrew Luck 96.5 QB rating to 74.9
Davis Mills 88.8 QB rating to 78.1
Kyle Orton is the ONLY QB that improved. He went from 73.9 to 79.6
