Pecan Pie that’s not corn syrup pie?

Are there any recommendations for a pecan pie that isn’t a sickly sweet jiggle jiggle topped with mushy pecan halves? I’ve tried the Goode’s/Specs/HOP/HEB’s and they are all pretty mid to low. TYIA and Happy Thanksgiving Hou(:
